SHIPPING POLICY
If you live too far away to pick up the painting you want to buy, I will send it to your address using the best shipping option. I will package the painting carefully and charge a small shipping fee (NOK 100) for this.

I want you to be happy with your artwork!
If the item is damaged upon delivery, you can return it for a full refund or replacement. If the artwork is damaged during shipping, please contact us via email, artbyingeborgk@gmail.com, within 14 days of receiving the package. Please provide your order number and a photo showing the damage, as well as a description.
I will respond as quickly as possible and arrange a return.
Return shipping is covered by me if the item is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
Undamaged items
All images sold via artbyingeborgk.com are produced and shipped specifically for each customer. I therefore do not offer returns or exchanges for artwork that is not damaged, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Color differences between screen and print are not considered errors or damage. Customized or specially ordered works cannot be returned.
